Desenvolvendo liderança transicional-transformativa em sistemas dinâmicos adaptativos complexos: insights de winnicott e bollas

Este artigo propõe uma abordagem transicional-transformativa para o desenvolvimento de liderança em contextos complexos e dinâmicos, integrando percepções dos psicanalistas Christopher Bollas e Donald Woods Winnicott. Por meio de revisão de literatura envolvendo as bases de dados Web of Science e EBSCO, no período de 2000 a 2023, este estudo explora os conceitos de “espaço transformativo” e “espaço transicional”. Tais conceitos destacam o papel crítico de experiências emocionais e relacionais, criatividade, imaginação e interações ambientais no desenvolvimento do potencial de liderança, ao permitir uma estrutura estratégica para o seu desenvolvimento e exercício. Isto, por meio da proposição de framework prático de aplicação.
